3. Improve and update guidelines, standards, work systems, laws, regulations, rules, criteria, and procedures to ensure operations

4. Review, approve, permit, and take necessary actions in line with the unit's or project's mission to achieve

    the organization's overall mission.

5. Lead, supervise, and develop human resources within the assigned unit or project to manage operations

    and enhance personnel capabilities.

6. Manage human resources within the unit or project to motivate staff and achieve tangible results.

7. Plan, monitor, control, and inspect the use of budgets and resources for units or projects to ensure organizational efficiency,

    cost-effectiveness, and the achievement of goals and outcomes.

8. Plan and monitor budget management and control disbursements to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness,

    and compliance with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations.

9. Participate in various committee meetings as appointed or assigned to provide opinions, make decisions, 

    and contribute to effective problem-solving.

10. Coordinate with various organizations and act as a relevant leader to foster collaboration and resolve operational problems.
