On-site training
The Healthcare Accreditation Institute (Public Organization) [HAI] has developed a series of training programs aimed at equipping healthcare personnel with knowledge and competencies in quality improvement. These programs adopt a Participatory Learning (PL) approach, emphasizing active learner engagement and experience sharing within the classroom setting. Instructional strategies are grounded in the principles of Adult Learning Theory, ensuring relevance and applicability to professional practice.
In 2025, HAI has curated a comprehensive annual training curriculum to support the development of knowledge and skills aligned with the Hospital Accreditation (HA) standards. The curriculum features up-to-date content that reflects current hospital and healthcare service standards, with an overarching goal of enhancing patient safety. It also introduces innovative learning methods to meet the demands of the evolving healthcare environment.
The training is delivered through over 20 public on-site courses, held at accessible venues such as conference centers and hotels, as well as through digital platforms. Additionally, 27 online courses, designated with the code prefix EL (E-learning), are available via the website halearningonline.ha.or.th, offering a flexible alternative for professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of quality development in accordance with HA standards. Each course is outlined in detail in this announcement, including objectives, content, instructors, and registration fees.
HAI respectfully seeks your kind cooperation in disseminating this annual training plan for 2025 to relevant personnel, stakeholders, and interested individuals within your organization. Information regarding course schedules, venues, and specific details for each training session can be found and registered for at register.ha.or.th, within the designated application periods.
