In-house training program
The Healthcare Accreditation Institute (Public Organization) [HAI] offers customized in-house training programs designed to meet the specific needs of individual healthcare facilities. The training content is tailored to suit the target participants, and expert instructors are carefully selected to deliver content aligned with the organization's objectives.
Procedure for Requesting In-House Training Services from HAI
1.Complete the Request Form
Interested healthcare organizations are required to fill out the in-house training request form available at the following link: https://bit.ly/3411rp8 (Please note: Topics identical to those already offered under HAI's public training curriculum will not be eligible.)
2.HAI Follow-Up
HAI will contact the applicant within three (3) business days using the information provided in the request form.
3.Official Invitation Letter
If the request is approved, the requesting organization must prepare and submit an official invitation letter addressed to the instructor(s), either by post or via scanned email, within fifteen (15) business days of receiving the confirmation from HAI.
4.Instructor Assignment
HAI will assign qualified instructors in accordance with the organization's request. If the training cannot be arranged, HAI will notify the organization on a case-by-case basis.
5.Eligibility
HAI will only proceed with in-house training arrangements for organizations that comply with the above procedures. If the organization contacts instructors independently, HAI reserves the right not to proceed with the training coordination.
6.Training Schedule and Materials
The healthcare organization is responsible for coordinating directly with the assigned instructor(s) regarding the training schedule and necessary materials.
Training Cost Details
1.Instructor Compensation Rates (per instructor/day):
Distinguished Experts/Specialized Experts: THB 11,200
General Instructors/Surveyors: THB 8,400
2.Number of Instructors:
Typically, one instructor is assigned per 30 participants, unless otherwise determined based on the complexity or specificity of the quality processes being covered.
3.Travel and Accommodation Expenses:
These are the responsibility of the healthcare facility. All related expenses should be coordinated directly with the HAI liaison officer.
Payment Process for In-House Training
1.Issuance of Payment Notification:
Upon approval of the in-house training request (and issuance of an official acceptance letter), HAI will send a Payment Notification Document to the healthcare facility.
2.Payment Method:
The facility may pay the specified amount at any branch of Krungthai Bank. Payment must be made within 7 days after the completion of the training activity.
3.Proof of Payment Submission:
After making the payment, the facility is required to scan the proof of payment (clearly marked as "Instructor Compensation for In-house Training") and send it via email to:
This is to facilitate the issuance of an electronic official receipt, which will be sent back to the healthcare facility via email.
