Online training course
Since the outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the Healthcare Accreditation Institute (Public Organization) [HAI] has adapted its training format to mitigate the risk of infection transmission and to comply with public health measures issued by governmental authorities—such as travel restrictions, physical distancing, and health screening protocols. In response, HAI transitioned its training delivery to an online learning format via the Zoom platform. The instructional design was intentionally developed to facilitate interactive knowledge exchange, aiming to closely replicate the experience of in-person learning environments.
