Qualifications of Quality Process Consultants

                        The regulation of the Healthcare Accreditation Institute (Public Organization) on the assignment of individuals to act as quality process consultants B.E. 2567 dated June 7, 2567, in order to effectively select those with the potential to develop into quality process consultants, the institute has specified the qualifications for being a quality process consultant as follows:

    1. Be at least 35 years old.

    2. Have a bachelor's degree in health science or a field related to performing the duties of a quality process consultant.

    3. Have a good personality, good interpersonal skills, be able to communicate and work well with others, have faith and a good attitude towards the quality process and the hospital.

    4. Have at least five years of experience working in a hospital or a health system driving agency.

    5. Have at least three years of experience in quality development or acting as a quality mentor in a local network.

    6. Have knowledge and understanding of the concept of quality development, quality management systems, and HA standards to the extent that they can provide advice to hospital personnel and pass it on.

Specific qualifications

    1. Have at least one year of experience related to quality development.

    2. Be a quality mentor in a local network or have at least one year of experience in developing the quality of a hospital.

    3. Other specific qualifications as determined by the committee according to the work assignment agreement, specifying the period of performance of duties of the process consultant.
