Recruitment or selection of potential candidates for the Quality Process Consultant Development Program:
1. Select candidates with experience in quality development, quality management, and professional/administrative roles.
2. Widely recognized.
3. Select candidates with accumulated experience in quality development or quality management through mentoring provincial quality development teams, HACC networks, QLN, quality coordinators, in-hospital lecturers, or lecturers at the NHRC.
